HOMMAGE
For Studio Orchestra
I'm proud to present my most recent project, "Hommage" for Studio Orchestra. Written for the Eastman Studio Orchestra for their Spring 2023 Concert, this composition pays tribute to Bob Brookmeyer's iconic "American Beauty".
When composing original music, I try to combine a unique blend of jazz, classical and Latin music, incorporating both traditional and modern elements. All of my pieces are written with a focus on creativity and improvisation, making every composition a unique listening experience.
My recent large ensemble piece, “H.H.22”, is a recomposition of Bob Brookmeyer's “Ho Hum”, arranged in the style of his piece “King Porter 94”. It features a trombone and trumpet solo, as well as complex chromatic lines, and an exciting pace of momentum.

PAST
Axiom Ensemble
Inspired by the work of Anthony Braxton, the Axiom Ensemble was designed to play works that explored contemporary improvisation, as well as advanced notations and visual interpretations.
Please email me for the full audio, but here is a clip of one of the movements. Enjoy!
